Terms & Conditions

Shipping Details / Transit Time

All Eartec products are built-to-order, it typically takes 1-3 days for your items to be ready for shipment.  Fedex Overnight and 2-Day will be given priority.  Ground shipping may arrive in 1 day (East Coast) to 5 days (West Coast).  Orders over $100 will require a signature. 

Refunds / Returns

Eartec products may be returned for credit or refund only if received in the original packing material and in “as new” condition within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty / Service

If you require warranty service for your product within the warranty period, ship your product pre-paid only to Eartec.  The end user is responsible for the initial shipping charges to our facility.  Eartec will pay the return ground shipping charges if the product is covered under the warranty.

General Service All repair work due to general wear and tear will be performed for the cost of replacement parts, radio retuning and return shipping from the Eartec factory.

Warranty Information

Eartec Warranty – Our communication systems are warrantied from malfunction due to manufacturing defects by the original purchaser for the following periods after date of purchase:

Transceivers

EVADE, E-Pak, PRO16, CMod, XTreme = 1 year

Headsets

ProLine, Lazer-Pro = 1 year

Max4G, Monarch = 6 months

Cyber, Rechargeable Batteries = 90 days

What is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in all Eartec products excluding: (a) Damage from misuse, abuse, or general wear and tear.
(b) Repairs or product modifications by anyone not authorized by Eartec Co.

Warranty Service
If you require warranty service for your product within the warranty period, ship your product pre-paid only to Eartec. The end user is responsible for the initial shipping charges to our facility. Eartec will pay the return ground shipping charges if the product is covered under the warranty.

General Service

A letter explaining any problems and work to be performed must accompany each repair shipment with:
