To ask a question, a tour member simply moves the mic boom down. The transmitter kicks on automatically allowing that person to speak without restriction. Users simply flip the mic boom back “UP” to resume monitoring.

How do you use the microphone mute feature on the PRO16?
The headsets feature an Auto-Mute boom microphone. To speak, simply pull the mic boom down to automatically activate the transmitter. To mute your microphone, flip the boom back into the “UP” position.

No. PRO16 headsets are completely self-contained with all operating electronics built directly into the earcups, eliminating the need for cumbersome wires or belt-worn receivers.
How many users can communicate simultaneously on a PRO16 system?
The system supports full-duplex communication for up to 16 users. It operates using one “Main” headset that controls the digital signals for up to 15 “Remote” headsets.
